The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is inviting applications for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, Grade-II, in the Tamil Nadu General Service. Eligibility Criteria for TNPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of active practice as an advocate.

Experience:

  • Applicants must have been practicing as an advocate for at least 5 years, with experience in criminal law and prosecution.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 26 years
  • Maximum Age: 36 years (as of 01-07-2024)

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: As per Government rules

TNPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor Salary 2024

  • Salary Scale: ₹56,100 – ₹2,05,700 (Level 22) under Tamil Nadu General Service.
